Pattaya View Point
Pattaya
If you want to get a fantastic view of the perfect moon shaped bay of Pattay and its bustling city life and lights (in the nighttime), drop by Khao Pattaya View Point, a must-visit site and an experience you surely would not want to miss.
This site lies on top of Phratumnak Hill. Whether night or day, the panoramic view remains as beautiful as it is. The colors of the sky and waking city is such a charming sight in the morning, but the city lights and docking ferries are equally mesmerizing in the night.
People always gather in the site because of its popularity but there would always be space for everyone as the esplanade is wide enough and accommodating.
There are also other spots that you can visit on top of the hill like Wat Khao Phra Bat and the house of Buddha’s relic so your trip will surely be worth it.
Waterfront at Pattaya
Pattaya
Pattaya’s simple and serene waterfront would definitely take your worries away from you even just for as long as you are walking along its crescent-shaped bay watching ferries and boats arrive and leave.
Get your feet on the fine sand and feel the water crashing on the shore. The sand is almost as nice as the calming blue water, but together they make the place harmoniously beautiful. You will never be this at home to a place far from home.
Never forget to put Pattaya’s waterfront on your itinerary.
WAT PHRA YAI TEMPLE
Pattaya
In the southern part of Pattaya, you can find Wat Phra Yai sheltering Phra Buddha Sukhothai Walai Chonlathan also known as Luang Pho Yai.
This is a golden Buddha image popular among visitors and locals alike in Pattaya. The Buddha image is a stunning 18-meter statue elegantly standing with its golden skin. The place is perfect for contemplating and for getting to know more the Thai and Buddhist beliefs.

Tien Beach near Pier
Ko Lan
The part of Tien Beach near the pier is also a nice spot with boats used by locals roaming around for another day’s work.
The water is blue-green and the sand is also fine but not as fine as that in the main Tien, but of course, being under the same sky, the site also provides a view to the wonderful horizon as seen from Pattaya’s shores.
Here, you will get more of the taste of the local scene of Pattaya.

The place is indeed charming especially in the morning as sunlight hits the fine white sand of its shore. Jet skis and banana boats are also available here. You can reach Tien beach via taxi or speed boat.
